After you mark your ballot, put it in the secret ballot envelope. Then put the secret ballot envelope in the return envelope.

At the vote count, the membership information on the return envelope will only be used to verify that you are an eligible voter.

The secret ballot envelopes of thousands of eligible voters will be mixed together before any secret ballot is opened. No one will know how you voted.
